I’m going to let you in on a little secret. I had a moment recently that I’m not proud of. My willpower, small goals, big goals, past encouragement and recent weight loss win didn’t work. I was hanging out with a group of friends where the tantalizing smell of pizza surrounded me. Everyone one else was eating cheesy, steaming pizza. I watched them chew as I sipped my lukewarm water. How Often Should You Weigh Yourself?

How often should you step on the scale when trying to lose weight? Before we get into it, how did your week go tracking what you ate and drank? I took the challenge as well to track on my phone and it didn’t great. Traveling across the country to surprise my dad for his birthday probably distracted me a little! So, I have multiple half completed days logged. Today, has been awesome. My goal is just to finish strong today. Then, do it again tomorrow!

What I Eat Everyday

“How did you do it?” Her eyes pierced my soul. Her shoulders almost touched mine as she leaned so far over the table just waiting for my response.
